We hope everyone is staying safe during these difficult times. We are only seeing emergency cases at this time because of Corona Virus, but would like to share one of our more recent cases. River presented because her referring veterinarian found a dentigerous cyst during her routine dental prophylaxis. These cysts are usually caused when baby teeth do not erupt how they normally should.  Fluid accumulates and actually can destroy the surrounding bone. This can lead to jaw fractures at the affected area if not taken care of. River was able to visit us for removal and repair of the cyst. She is doing great after surgery!
