Jeanie, RVT
Practice Manager
Jeanie comes to us with over 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine. She started in a small general practice in Carmel where she developed a solid foundation. She has a strong background in emergency and critical care and was Nursing Supervisor at both the Monterey Emergency Clinic and Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital. Most recently she was the primary CCU RVT at a large multi specialty practice in Campbell. Jeanie has loved all aspects of veterinary medicine including management and comes to us as Practice Manager after taking a break to start a family. She is a graduate of Hartnell Colleges Animal Health Technology Program is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and holds a BA in Biology from UC Santa Cruz. She enjoys reading, working out and poodles! She shares her home with her husband, one silly cat and her adorable son.
Cindy
Veterinary Assistant
Cindy joined the practice back in 2014 with 10 plus years of client service and veterinary assisting experience. She worked for four years in the surgery department at Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital. She loves animals and has a calming demeanor that sets animals at ease. In her spare time she enjoys reading books, going to concerts and spending time with her two daughters and their dogs Dexter (Dogue de Bordeoux), Thor (Jack Russel Terrier) and Jupiter (Corgi).
Sierra Whitechurch-Aylsworth
Veterinary Assistant
Sierra joined the dentistry in 2015 and continues to be one of our full time veterinary assistants. She left for two years in 2018 to attend UC Davis and received her bachelor’s degree in animal sciences. Sierra hopes to attend veterinary school in the near future and hopefully continue her practice in Veterinary dentistry. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, puzzling, gardening and hanging out with her cat (Kona) and her dog (Roux). She is a very helping and caring person towards everyone’s companions here at the dentistry
Madi
Veterinary Assistant
Madi started at Dentistry for Animals in October 2022. She was born and raised in Aptos and has been working as a veterinary assistant since graduating from Cal Poly, SLO with a bachelor’s degree in animal science. She is currently pursuing her RVT license. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her cat and three dogs.
Claire
Veterinary Assistant
Growing up with two Dalmatians, Claire has always been passionate about animals. After graduating from college and spending most of the following years in customer service she decided that she wanted to pursue working with animals. Now with three German Shepherds of her own, she is happily pursuing her new career.
